BERNARD'S TOURS ITINERARY

Note: We have recently received a credit card charging account and you will be able to use that to pay the full cost of your tour at the end.

GROUP TOUR

Tour prices: (cash or Credit Card).

For September 2010, $35 per person.

From October 1, 2010, $40 per person.

NOTE: It saddens me to say but due to situations beyond my control (economy & fuel cost) I have been forced to increase the price of my tour.
It is my intent to give you the very best experience possible therefore I must increase the price by $5.00 beginning October 1st.
Your understanding is deeply appreciated and I look forward to sharing our beautiful Island with you.

All day tour includes sightseeing, beach and shopping.

9:00am - 11:00am ~ Sightseeing
11:00am - 1:00pm ~ Orient Beach, or as time allows
~ 1:30pm - 3:00pm ~ Shopping in Philipsburg ** See Note, below

Note: I have received questions about these times from cruisers whose ship arrives too late to make the 9:00 tour.

If you have a reservation with me and your ship is arriving at or shortly after 9:00 then there will be a special tour for passengers on that ship only departing at 9:30.

If your ship arrives at 10:00, then there will be a special tour for passengers on that ship departing at 10:30.

If your ship arrives at 12:00 Noon, ONLY, there will be a special tour that starts at 12.30 until 5:00 PM.

The tour will consist of the following stops.

Great Bay overlooking Phillipsburg and harbor.
Cayhill overlooking Simpson Bay marina.
Sunset Beach bar ( Maho Beach ) where you can see the planes land right over your head.
Marigot - open market (French Capital).
Hilltop at Orient Bay overlooking the beach.
Swim at Orient Beach for up to two hours, as time allows.
Return to Philipsburg will be between 1:30 and 2:00, depending on factors.

Note: As you know, traffic on the island may be a problem, so adjustments may be made.

Note: Shopping at the Rima's store will be for 20 minutes if time allows.

Note: Each scenic stop will be between 5 to 10 minutes.
Note: The Marigot open market will be a 30 minute stop.
Note: Upon your return to Philipsburg, you will be offered a direct return to the ship at the Cruise Facility, or you may choose to remain in Philipsburg for shopping and return to the ship on your own.

You may walk from the drop off point to the ship in about 12 - 15 minutes, or choose to take a taxi for about $3.00 per person.

Note: If you are coming in by tender your pick-up location will be in front of the Court House on Front Street. Look for our sign.

Note: If you are coming in at the pier your pick-up location will be about a three minute walk from the ship, located inside the yellow building at the information center. Ask at the information desk for Bernard's Tours.
